PhoneBridge — transfer files from Android to PC over Wi-Fi
PhoneBridge transfers files between your Android phone and your Windows PC over your own Wi-Fi network, and puts a set of phone tools on the desktop — without a cable, without a cloud account, and without uploading anything anywhere.
Get PhoneBridge from the Microsoft StoreConnect once
Turn on wireless debugging on your phone, scan the QR code PhoneBridge shows, and you are connected. No USB cable, no manufacturer software, and nothing to install on the phone.
Transfer files both ways
Drag files onto the window to send them to the phone, or open the address PhoneBridge gives you in the phone's own browser to pull files down and push files up. Everything travels directly between the two devices on your own local network, and the folder that received files land in is yours to choose.
Phone tools on the desktop
- Device info: model, Android version, battery level and temperature, and storage, read on demand.
- Screenshot: capture the phone's screen and keep the PNG on your PC.
- App install: choose an
.apkon the PC and install it on the phone. - Camera preview: use the phone as a camera and watch the stream in a window on the PC.
Note: PhoneBridge takes screenshots and shows the camera feed, but it does not mirror the phone's screen live.
Free and Pro
The free version sends files up to 100 MB per file and five files per batch. Everything else is included either way, and PhoneBridge Pro is a single one-time purchase that lifts those two limits. No subscription.
Private by design
Files move directly between your phone and your PC on your own network. PhoneBridge has no servers and no account, collects no data and shows no ads. The adb tool that powers the phone features runs locally on your PC.
Requires Windows 10 version 1809 or later, and a phone that supports wireless debugging (adb over Wi-Fi), which Android 11 and later have built in.
